Indeed, the Civil Service rejected it because it is the name of an alcoholic beverage, but Magnus and Maria Ekloef insisted in pointing out that Edradour is also the name of a nice Scottish town...

For the first time, the bottler Duncan Taylor was present at the Whisky Live Paris 2005.

We took the opportunity to let him declare that he is about to buy out a Scottish distillery... It's up to us to guess which one !

After Benromach (purchased by Gordon&Macphail's), Edradour (Signatory Vintage) and Bruichladdich (Murray Mc David), Duncan Taylor could become the lucky owner of Glendronach, Ardmore, Scapa or ... ?

It's anyone's guess...
